Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of four homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic oversight and leadership across all four homes.
- Supporting and mentoring Registered Managers to drive continuous improvement and maintain positive Ofsted outcomes.
- Oversight of the setup and successful opening of two new homes, adhering to regulatory and operational requirements.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
- Monitoring performance, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient operation.
- Contributing to the company's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and service development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager in children's residential care.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
