About the Role:
As a Youth Residential Worker at Fulbridge Social Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people aged 11 to 21 who are placed into the care system due to various reasons. You will be working in a dynamic team environment where your creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication will be valued and respected.

Your main responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to service users, participating in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and contributing to a safe and nurturing environment. You will also be involved in developing personalized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and patience when working with vulnerable individuals. A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note that a DBS check is required prior to any placements being offered.
