We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Supportive Living Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a vital member of our staff, you will provide supportive care and guidance to young people, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to young people, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition from residential to community-based care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and other stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £30,672 - £31,294.8 per year, plus opportunities to earn additional income through overtime and enhanced shifts.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK (over 21 years old)
