About the Role

This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals with dual sensory impairments at our residential home in Kettering. Job Description
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect for each individual.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote social inclusion, health, and wellbeing.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages independence and self-expression.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
