We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a SEN teaching assistant in a SEMH school in Bedford.

As a member of our team, you will provide critical support to teachers and other support workers in delivering high-quality education to pupils with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging pupil participation, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and experience in SEN or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and educational objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, and the opportunity to develop your skills through our CPD Academy, which includes training in Autism Awareness, Safeguarding, and Team Teach.
