Salary Details

Daily rates of pay range from £120-£220 per day, offering flexibility and exposure to various schools and teaching environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team, focusing on primary schools in Kettering. As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support student learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Classroom Management: Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Pupil Progress: Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and any issues encountered.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to different school environments and build positive relationships with staff and students.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold QTS: Possess Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent qualification.
  • UK Teaching Experience: Have experience teaching in primary schools within the UK.
  • Strong Classroom Skills: Possess strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
