We're seeking an exceptional Senior Support Worker to join our community at Consensus. As part of our team, you'll inspire and empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role

Your role will involve providing exceptional care that truly changes lives. You'll work closely with the people we support to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their daily tasks are completed with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the people we support engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
  • Get involved in the community, supporting during leisure and social activities, and celebrating special occasions.
  • Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring training compliance levels are met and maintained.

Your Service

Our supported living service in Kettering offers the freedom and independence of having your own flat, but with the knowledge support is always available should you need it. Each private flat is a space to make entirely your own, taking responsibility for your home with daily management, cooking, cleaning, and decorating.
