Client Details
- The client is a young adult who lives at home with their family and pets.
- They require support with swimming and will need to attend swimming sessions once a week.
- The client also needs assistance with daily tasks, including after-school care.
Requirements
- Experience working with adults with brain injuries.
- Ability to drive and have a car.
- Enhanced DBS check and training provided.
