Fulbridge Social Care is seeking 6 Weekend Support Workers to join our team in our Children's Residential Care Homes. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to young people aged 11 to 21 who have been placed into the care system, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life. You will work closely with other members of the team to create a safe and nurturing environment that meets the intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of our service users.

As a Weekend Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, social activities, family contacts, education, and shopping. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training programs, including Team Teach, Child Protection, St Johns Ambulance First Aid, Understanding Sexualised Behaviour, Working with Self Harm, Cyberbullying, and Understanding Autism and ADHD. A portable DBS or an enhanced DBS check will be required prior to any placements being offered. The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000-£25,000 per annum.
