Job Title: Youth Services Coordinator

Location: Northamptonshire, UK

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

The Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Youth Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Children in Care Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering youth services that meet the needs of children and young people in care.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement youth programs that promote social skills, emotional well-being, and life skills.
  • Build relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and support for young people.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to identify and address the needs of young people in care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Social Work or a related field and be registered with the relevant professional body.
  • Have experience working with children and young people in a youth services capacity.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
