Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team, offering a salary of £26,000 for a 40-hour work week, Monday to Sunday. Your primary focus will be assisting parents and children in developing a positive self-image while supporting parents in meeting their own needs and those of their children.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement child safety protocols during assessments.
- Support families through tailored individual plans.
- Conduct thorough reports on parental capabilities and child behaviors.
- Pursue ongoing professional growth and development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Support Worker, Family Support Worker, or Residential Support Worker role.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
- A valid driver's license with access to personal vehicle and business insurance.
