Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Children's Residential Youth Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will work with young people in a residential setting, providing care and support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A strong understanding of the needs of looked-after young people and knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and statutory guidance is essential.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £23,788 per annum, depending on experience. We encourage applicants who are passionate about working with vulnerable young people and making a positive impact in their lives.

About the Role
  • Provide care and support to young people in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being is met.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, reviews, and court documents.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Please note that this role requires Enhanced DBS clearance.
