Residential Care Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a portfolio of children's residential care homes, focusing on delivering high-quality services and achieving exceptional outcomes.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Mentor and support Registered Managers, promoting professional growth and development.
- Lead the setup and launch of two new homes, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Foster strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative working.
- Drive performance improvement, implementing effective systems and processes to optimize home operations.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in children's residential care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
