Job Title: Caring Support Professional

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Caring Support Professional. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience working with young people aged 11 to 21 in residential care homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with service users. They will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and creating a safe environment that caters to the intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of our clients.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive training and qualifications, including Team Teach, Child Protection, and First Aid certification.

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Please note that a DBS check is required prior to any placements being offered.
