Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship to residents. A good understanding of elderly care is essential, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and a view to complete an NVQ 3.
As a Senior Care Professional, you will work closely with the care team to ensure that residents' needs are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for recording observations, maintaining accurate records, and participating in regular team meetings.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
