We're seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Department at Ramsay Health Care UK. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a passion for healthcare to make a positive impact on patients' lives. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing outpatient procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
- Support medical staff during outpatient procedures
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to senior staff
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
