About the Job

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive episodes of care to patients with a wide range of presenting problems and health care needs. This will involve working autonomously, making professional decisions, and taking full accountability for patient encounters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, with experience in emergency care, case management, and audit programs. A Master's degree in Advanced Practice Pathway is highly desirable.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • Independent Prescribing Qualification
  • Safeguarding level 3 in Adults & Children & Young People
  • Experience of working in primary care/general practice
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package, including opportunities for career development and progression.
