About the Role
  • Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent qualification, along with at least 2 years' experience in a relevant position within the last 5 years. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are also essential requirements.
