Residential Care Team Lead

The successful candidate will join our Residential Care Team as a Registered Manager in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent position overseeing a Family Assessment service providing 12 weeks support to children and parents. As a manager in a children's residential home or family assessment centre, including Ofsted experience, you will develop and implement care plans reflecting each child's needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans reflecting each child's needs.
  • Key Worker Management: Allocate Key Workers responsible for implementing care plans.
  • Parent and Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals.
  • Budget Control: Manage budgets effectively in line with company policy.
  • Statutory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of the statutory framework and communicate this to the team.
