About the Role:
The Deputy Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Alternate weekends
- 40 hours per week
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including overtime pay, pension scheme, and holiday entitlement.

Requirements:
