Lead Professional Children's Support

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Residential Care Team in Kettering, Northamptonshire. As a Registered Manager, you will oversee a Family Assessment service providing 12 weeks support to children and parents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager in a children's residential home or family assessment centre, including Ofsted experience.
Key Job Aspects:
- Care Plan Development: Ensure each child has a care plan reflecting their emotional, care, education, social, therapeutic, and cultural needs.
- Key Worker Allocation: Assign a Key Worker responsible for implementing the care plan.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets in line with company policy.
- Statutory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the statutory framework and communicate this to the team.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (including bonuses).
