Job Title: Care and Companionship Professional

At Home Instead East Northants, we're looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care and Companionship Professionals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship services to older adults living at home.

Salary: £11.50 - £12.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

We offer a range of benefits, including enhanced bank holiday pay rates, mileage reimbursement, company pension scheme, and comprehensive induction training. As a Care and Companionship Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and career.

Responsibilities:
• Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
• Helping clients with mobility and transfers
• Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
• Performing light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Accompanying clients on outings and activities
