Role Overview: As a Nurse Director for Quality Care, you'll play a vital role in driving our clinical development strategy. You'll be responsible for overseeing nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Oversee the development of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in nursing management
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes
