**About This Opportunity**
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across your region. You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and developing care plans that meet individual needs.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Travel across your region to provide high-quality clinical care
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Develop care plans tailored to individual needs
Your Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. A strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks and a successful track record of producing care plans and risk assessments are also essential.
