About the Job:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, plan and deliver evidence-based care to service users and their carers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care services.
- Act as a liaison between service users, carers, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- NMC Registration.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Community Mental Health Nurse.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Estimated Salary: £50 per hour (assignment rate)
