Regional Manager – Children's Residential Care

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of four homes specializing in providing high-quality care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a pivotal role with exciting opportunities for professional growth as the company expands, overseeing the setup and successful opening of two new homes, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership across all four homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Support and mentor Registered Managers, driving continuous improvement and maintaining positive Ofsted outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Generous Bonus + Career Progression Opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager in children's residential care.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
