We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Children's Residential Youth Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £23,788 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of the needs of looked-after young people. Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and statutory guidance is also essential.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide care and support to young people in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being is met.
- Work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, reviews, and court documents.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Please note that this role requires Enhanced DBS clearance.
