Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Family Assessment service in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and their families.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus bonuses for outstanding performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager in a children’s residential home or family assessment centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Appoint Key Workers who will be responsible for implementing care plans and providing ongoing support.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS, CARERS, AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT IS PROVIDED.
  • Manage budgets effectively and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Stay up-to-date with statutory and procedural frameworks and communicate this knowledge to the team.
