**Job Title:** Pharmacy Medicines Optimisation Specialist

**Location:** Brent / Harrow, London

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Medicines Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medicines optimisation strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medicines optimisation plans to improve patient care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Completion of a GPhC approved combined Pharmacy Technician qualification (NVQ L3 or equivalent)
  • Current registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Significant hospital pharmacy experience, including education and training of pharmacy staff
