Medicines Optimisation Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medicines Optimisation Programme Coordinator to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Medicines Optimisation Programme, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and reducing medication errors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospital pharmacy, including experience in Medicines Management and Dispensary services. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and ensuring the safe handling of medications.
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is required, with a strong background in paediatric cardiology and Medicines Management. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
