Customer Support Specialist

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Location: Cramlington
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders for registration and reporting systems, result queries, suite creation and amendments, and testing limits.
- Report subcontract results as required.
- Deliver onsite and online training to customers on data systems and provide ongoing support for issues that arise.
- Respond to and resolve telephone queries from customers and external agents.
- Assist the retail team with result and suite-related queries.
- Liaise with the commercial team to understand customer requirements.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience in a laboratory environment with food testing.
- Strong IT skills.
Desirable:
- Food testing experience in a laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry.
- Customer service experience.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, webchat, or face-to-face interactions.
