Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless registration and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with registration and reporting systems, results queries, and suite creation and amendments.
- Report subcontract results where required.
- Deliver onsite and online training to customers on data systems and provide ongoing support.
- Answer and deal with telephone queries from customers and other outside agents.
- Assist the retail team with queries regarding results and suites.
- Liaise with the commercial team regarding customer requirements.
Requirements
- Laboratory experience with food testing.
- Good IT skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Food testing experience in a laboratory environment.
- Experience of the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience of dealing with customers.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via telephone, webchats, or face-to-face.
