Customer Experience Specialist

At Sky, we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Home Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by installing and servicing our products, including Sky Glass, Stream, and Sky Q. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their Sky experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers in their homes to install and service our products.
- Optimize customers' home entertainment experience using testing and diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrate product features to customers to ensure they get the most out of their Sky products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized product and service recommendations.
- Work a full-time 9hr rolling rota, including weekends.
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
