**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer

**Location:** North UK

**Reporting To:** Service Manager

**Overall Purpose:** We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Field Service Engineer to support our Service Team in the Midlands Region. The role involves attending site visits to deliver on-site technical assistance to customers, conduct reactive and preventative maintenance visits, and provide 24/7 on-call support as per the rota.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver on-site technical assistance to customers.
  • Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance visits.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as per the rota.
  • Report on-site issues and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety practices.

**Key Skills:**

  • Knowledge of Warden Call and Nurse Call systems.
  • Previous experience in electrical installations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to practical site issues and tech-savvy.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

**Conditions:**

  • Permanent position, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
