The Company

MTrec Ltd Technical is a well-established, innovative and market leader in their manufacturing field.

We are now looking for a Design Engineer to support with the design of new products.

The Role

As a Design Engineer, you will work on designing and development of products, providing technical support to the team and all areas of the business.

You will provide a range of engineering and design solutions for the business, including hands on design expertise and customer liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new products
  • Providing technical support to the team and business
  • Creating 3D designs and detail drawings
  • Specifying materials and creating BOM's
  • Performing hand calculations

The Person

We are looking for a candidate with a background in mechanical design, ideally degree qualified.

You will have experience of working with cross functional teams and 3D design experience, preferably with Inventor.
