  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on registration and reporting systems, results queries, suite creation and amendments, and appropriate limits for testing.
  • Report subcontract results where required.
  • Deliver onsite and online training to customers on data systems and provide ongoing support where problems arise.
  • Answer and deal with telephone queries from customers and other outside agents.
  • Assist the retail team with queries regarding their results/suites.
  • Liaise with the commercial team regarding requirements of new and existing customers.

  • Experience in a laboratory environment, particularly with food testing.
  • Comfortable talking to customers on the telephone, web chats, and face-to-face.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
