Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their registration and reporting systems, results queries, suite creation and amendments, and appropriate limits for testing.
* Reporting subcontract results where required.
* Delivering onsite and online training to customers on data systems and providing ongoing support where problems arise.
* Answering and dealing with telephone queries from customers and other outside agents.
* Assisting the retail team with queries regarding their results/suites.
* Liaising with the commercial team regarding requirements of new and existing customers.

**Key Qualifications:**

* Laboratory experience with food testing.
* Food testing in a laboratory environment.
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
* Experience in dealing with customers.
* Comfortable talking to customers on the telephone/web chats/face to face.
