We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate teaching professional to join our dedicated team at Simply Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.
About the School:
Our school provides a highly specialist learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 with PMLD, MLD, SLD needs, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated difficulties.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience in teaching students with sensory impairments and autism spectrum disorders
- Be able to develop and implement individualized lesson plans that promote engagement and progression
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise
- lead and direct other adults supporting within the class
