Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Support Professional to join our team at an independent Special day school. As a Teaching Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of needs, including MLD, SLD, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students in their learning, development, and progress across various curriculum areas.
  • Providing high-quality support to students with complex medical conditions and sensory/physical impairments.
  • Creating an inclusive environment that fosters equality, diversity, and respect for all students.
  • Developing a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and embodying the values of our client school.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver effective education and support tailored to individual needs.
Salary Information

£20-25 per hour - dependent on experience and qualifications.
