About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at Randstad Education. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their educational journey.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning experience and promoting inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized education plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring students receive a high-quality education.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant teaching or support qualification, such as a Diploma or degree in Special Education Needs or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
