We are currently seeking a highly skilled Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team in Royston, Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Support: Build strong relationships with students to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  2. Educational Activities: Assist in providing high-quality educational activities that cater to individual student needs.
  3. Classroom Assistance: Support the Class Teacher with daily classroom activities and ensure a smooth operation of the classroom environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English Language.
  • Previous experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Must have a Full-Time Right to Work status.
