Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour, equivalent to £20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the learning, development, and progress of our students across various contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to professional development, with opportunities for formal qualifications and training fully funded by the school. They will demonstrate passion and compassion for children and young people with additional needs, and be determined to overcome barriers to learning.
The role requires excellent communication skills tailored to the needs of our students, as well as the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, maintaining confidentiality. A Level 2 qualification in Maths and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism in achieving their educational and personal goals.
