We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at SEN Schools in Meldreth, Hertfordshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, aged 5-19, who require additional support in their learning and development.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering young people with special educational needs to achieve their educational and personal goals. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality support and create a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with their learning, development, and progress in all areas of the curriculum

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including free child protection and prevent duty training, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
