Role Overview
The successful candidate will work as a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant at our SEN specialist school in Royston. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional education and care.

About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children 1:1, in small groups, and within whole-class settings. Working alongside skilled educators, you'll help create engaging, interactive lessons and activities that empower each pupil to achieve their best.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about helping children succeed, especially those with SEN. Whether you have paid or voluntary experience working with children, your enthusiasm and dedication are what count.

Key Responsibilities
- Support children 1:1, in small groups, and within whole-class settings
- Create engaging, interactive lessons and activities that empower each pupil to achieve their best
- Work alongside skilled educators to deliver exceptional education and care

What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
- Annual salary of £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 (Term-Time Only)

Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- SEN experience (Highly Desirable)
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
