Job Title: Complex Needs Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Educator. This role will involve working with students with complex learning difficulties in a specialist school based in Meldreth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with their learning and development in a range of learning contexts
  • Helping young people with complex needs achieve their educational and personal goals
  • Creating an inclusive environment that fosters equality and respect for all students
  • Providing excellent support and empowerment of young people
  • Developing a greater understanding of Special Education issues and values

Salary: £20,941.63 - £22,834.95 per year (approximately £11.72 - £12.78 per hour)
