Job Title: Education Support Specialist

The role of an Education Support Specialist at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd is to provide high-quality support to students with complex learning difficulties. The successful candidate will work in a specialist school based in Meldreth, supporting students with profound physical disabilities and/or medical needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with their learning and development in a range of learning contexts
  • Helping young people with complex needs achieve their educational and personal goals
  • Creating an inclusive environment that fosters equality and respect for all students
  • Providing excellent support and empowerment of young people
  • Developing a greater understanding of Special Education issues and values

Salary: £20,941.63 - £22,834.95 per year (approximately £11.72 - £12.78 per hour)
