We are looking for experienced professionals to work as Teaching Assistants at a leading SEN school in Royston.

The Job Description:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to provide tailored support to students.
  • Contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students with complex needs.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with students aged 5-19 years who have complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs.

Requirements:

  • Dedicated and passionate about working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Right to work in the UK.
