About The Aurora Group

The Aurora Group is committed to providing a highly specialist learning environment for students aged 6 to who have a range of MLD and SLD needs including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and associated difficulties.

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves working as part of a team to support students with their learning, development and progress in all areas of the curriculum. You will help create an environment that fosters equality, diversity and the rights of all young people to be seen as learners and be treated with respect.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. This role requires you to be proactive, rather than reactive, and able to work supportively as a team member and confidentially when working independently.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Special Education and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
