Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled SEN teacher to plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that stretches and challenges all learners within your class.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum (M1-UPS3) and a comprehensive benefits package including high quality CPD, life assurance, competitive pension, health cash back plan, car lease scheme, bike to work scheme, perk box retail benefits/discounts and free parking.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • PQCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training
  • Working knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations
  • Knowledge and personal experience of SEN learning particularly sensory lead curriculums
  • Positive team working, being able to contribute to our established team
  • Diligence and accuracy in assessing, reporting and recording
  • The ability to lead and direct other adults supporting within the class
