We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Meldreth Manor School. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional teaching and learning for students with profound and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that stretches and challenges all learners within your class.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

  • To lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practice in SEN education.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £43,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
